扭矩传感器是将扭转机械输入转换为电输出信号的传感器。有两种类型的扭矩传感器,一种是测量静态扭矩的反应,另一种是测量动态扭知的旋转。金属箔应变片粘合在弯曲或结构构件上,当施加招转或扭转运动时,该构件会变形。在大多数情况下,使用四个金属箔应变片来获得最大的灵敏度和温度补偿。其中两个应变片通常处于张力状态,两个处于压缩状态,所有四个应变片都以惠斯通电桥配置连接,并带有补偿调整以校正温度误差。
